- This was the first "ShareWare" release. CHOU I was
- written in Turbo Pascal version 3.0, with some assembly lang.
- routines for faster screen writing.

- This was the result of upgrading to version 5.0 of Turbo
- Pascal. It required many changes, mostly transparent to the
- user; possibly 10% of the code. A couple of minor yet annoying
- bugs were corrected at the same time. All changes affected
- display-control and keyboard input only. (Late Summer, 1988).

- About a dozen minor translation changes were made to to
- GLOSS.DAT, SEEK1.DAT, and SEEK2.DAT. (Late Fall, 1988).

- A few translation changes were made to JUDGES.DAT,
- SEEK1.DAT, and SEEK2.DAT on July 14, 1989. These affected
- Hexagrams 33, 34, and 56 only.

- The routine RECALL A SESSION now returns to the "1st
- Gram" display. The Instructions now have page numbers.
- (Mid-summer, 1989).

- A few translation changes were made to JUDGES.DAT,
- SEEK1.DAT, and SEEK2.DAT on March 11, 1990. These affected
- Hexagrams 21, 34, 35, and 55 only. Also updated to Turbo
- Pascal version 5.5 for all compilation.

- A few translation changes were made to JUDGES.DAT,
- SEEK1.DAT, and SEEK2.DAT on July 22, 1990. These affected
- Hexagrams 6, 10, 16, 20, 21, 22, and 23 only. Also, upper-
- case letters are now allowed when "casting" a hexagram.

- VERSION 2.30 -

- Upgraded to version 6.0 of Turbo Pascal. Added
- mouse support, "pick-lists" for file retrieval & viewing
- a Hexagram (Menu item #3). Also made the I/O more "bullet-
- proof". The pick-list and menus (including mouse support)
- are by Object Professional, from TurboPower Software.
- This upgrade was sent to PC-SIG in Dec., 1990.

- A few translation changes were made to SEEK1.DAT
- and SEEK2.DAT in March 1991. These affected Hexagrams 10,
- 43, and 54 only. A "pick-list" was added for selecting
- GLOSSary words, and the Glossary window was made moveable.
- Minor cosmetic changes were made throughout the program.
